Prospect Park-Southland Park Historic District is a national historic district which was added to the National Register in 2011. It is bounded by Lake Worth, S. Dixie Hwy., Monceaux Rd. and Monroe Dr., and is within walking distance of beautiful Flagler Drive. Homes in the neighborhood are known for their large yards, Mediterranean architecture, and 1920’s charm.

The neighborhood is also known for Prospect Park, a centrally located park with a fountain and large fields of grass for reading, relaxing, or playing with the dog. Located just minutes from downtown, residents enjoy the proximity to nightlife at Rosemary Square (CityPlace) and the amazing dining experiences the area has to offer.
