Grandview Heights
For the person who wants a little slice of everything other neighborhoods have to offer, Grandview Heights is a historic district known for its early 1900’s Craftsman bungalows and Mediterranean revival homes. Grandview Heights was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1999 and has seen significant home value increases in the past decade. It also contains the Palm Beach County Convention Center and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, a sprawling entertainment complex, with numerous stages hosting concerts, dance, and Broadway musicals. Nearby, Howard Park has playing fields, tennis courts, and a dog park, plus walking trails. Grandview Heights is close to Rosemary Square (CityPlace), downtown, the waterfront, and provides quick access to the highway.
