Flamingo Park, known for its historic culture, is one of the most popular neighborhoods in West Palm Beach. Located just minutes from shopping and dining experiences in Rosemary Square (formally called CityPlace), it is a short drive, or bike ride, to downtown West Palm Beach and the waterfront, and has some of the most desirable Mission and Mediterranean Revival architecture in the city. Flamingo Park has a stable housing market and along with the sunny weather makes real estate in this area extremely popular.
