Central Park
The Central Park Historic District (also known as Estates of South Palm Beach) was designated a U.S. historic district in July 1999. The district runs along SR 805 and South Olive Avenue, from Monroe Drive to Southern Boulevard, and is home to 155 historic buildings.
Considered one of the best places to live in Florida, Central Park offers residents a dense urban feel with an abundant number of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. The public schools in Central Park are above average, which makes the neighborhood a major draw to young professionals.
